Project leader / cooperating foreman

Job profile

As project leader, you are responsible for managing a few assembly teams. You maintain an overview of the planning with a focus on customer relations, finances and, last but not least, quality. With your personality, knowledge and experience, you will be involved early on in the process and we appreciate it if you also contribute ideas.

Your challenges

• Leading the assembly team and where necessary working as a foreman.
• Monitoring planning, costs and sharp focus on customer contact.
• Facilitating and supporting assembly teams.
• Providing technical, planning and cost-control progress reports.
• Actively following market developments in general and in the field of technology and organisation in particular.

Who are you?

You have at least MBO+ working and thinking level, which may certainly be obtained through work experience. Besides common sense and technical insight, it is also very useful in this role to have the ability to think in solutions. Extensive experience in a similar position is an advantage, but certainly not a must. We would like to know who you are, what you want and what you have to offer our company. Where you live is less important to us because the working area is large. So you should not dislike travelling by car and possibly by plane. If you also have good communication skills, a healthy amount of work ethic, flexibility and a good ‘hands-on’ mentality, you should be fine.
